Refunds and Returns: If you need to return your item/s due to the incorrect size ordered we can only exchange that item but the postage fee is NON refundable and a further postage fee may be applicable. If your item has been damaged we will replace the item or refund the amount in full. Please note we only give refunds on damaged items, other than that we issue credit notes or it can be exchanged.
If the Item/s to be replaced are more expensive an extra charge may apply and will be required before reposted.
Any items that are MADE TO ORDER can not be returned unless faulty.
Shipping: All our parcels are shipped by courier via My Hermes but in certain cases may go via Royal Mail and will take approximately 3-4 working days to arrive. Please read the delivery information page for postage costs.
Personalised Items: All items that have been personalised are NON refundable and cannot be changed. PLEASE check all items for spelling mistakes before ordering.
